A different kind of cat post showing the dangers of a poor diet.

F. M. Pottenger Jr.’s cat experiments were conducted roughly from 1932 to 1942 and involved hundreds of cats over multiple generations. In the version most often cited, one group was fed mainly raw meat, raw milk, and cod-liver oil, while another was fed mainly cooked meat, raw milk, and cod-liver oil. Pottenger reported that the raw-fed cats did better overall, while the cooked-food groups showed poorer reproduction, skeletal and dental problems, more degenerative changes, and shorter lifespans across generations.

He also reported a clear milk-processing pattern: raw milk did best, pasteurized milk did worse, evaporated milk worse still, and sweetened condensed milk worst of all. In his reporting, the more processed the milk, the greater the decline in growth, reproduction, and structural health.

Don’t dig your own grave with your fork. Eat foods the way God made them not how man has corrupted them for profit.
