IN THE NEWS: Coronavirus The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is closely monitoring an outbreak of respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Chinese authorities identified the new coronavirus, which has resulted in more than a thousand confirmed cases in China, including cases outside Wuhan City. Additional cases have been identified in a growing number of other international locations, including the United States. There are ongoing investigations to learn more. These illnesses usually only last for a short amount of time. Symptoms may include: runny nose-headache-cough-sore throat-fever-a general feeling of being unwell. Human coronaviruses can sometimes cause lower-respiratory tract illnesses, such as pneumonia or bronchitis. This is more common in people with cardiopulmonary disease, people with weakened immune systems, infants, and older adults. How to protect yourself There are currently no vaccines available to protect you against human coronavirus infection. You may be able to reduce your risk of infection by doing the following: wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds-avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands-avoid close contact with people who are sick. If you have cold-like symptoms, you can help protect others by doing the following: stay home while you are sick-avoid close contact with others-cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands-clean and disinfect objects and surfaces. In China, the water you drink is as dangerous as the air you breathe. Medical historians tell us the main cause of infectious disease reduction in the United States is attributed to better sanitation, cleaner water and air and a more diverse food supply. This is why China is being devastated by this virus. What you hear on the news is just the tip of the iceberg. Americans reporting out of China say the bodies are stacking up, emergency services are exhausted and unable to keep up. The problem is probably 10 times worse than you hear on the news because China is not forthcoming. So to protect you and your family these simple steps will be helpful. Drink plenty of clean water, keep the humidity in your house above 40%, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, vitamins A & D, and vitamin C can help boost your immunity. Chiropractic adjustments will enhance your immune system's defenses, get plenty of rest and I recommend Nixall to be sprayed on your hands, face, inside your mouth and nose and both ears. Nixall is a safe and natural antiviral, anti-yeast and antibiotic. These recommendations can also keep you healthy during the cold and flu season. There is no drug that can help with this virus but with Vega testing, we can determine what immune formulas could be helpful.
WELLNESS: There is an excellent chance that the coronavirus will not have a devastating effect in the US that it has had in China. In some ways, China is a Third World country where 80% of the water supply is not safe to drink and they have a huge problem with pollution. Their food supply is in question and in 2010, 477 million people in China (36% of the population) did not have access to improved sanitation such as a ventilated pit latrine or a flush toilet piped to a sewer system (WHO/UNICEF Progress on Drinking Water and Sanitation, 2012). There are national disparities as well, with 74% of people having improved access to sanitation in urban areas in 2010, but only 56% in rural areas. Provision of sanitation facilities for disabled people is sparse. These issues are the backbone for healthy population. And that’s why things like measles can have a high death rate in Third World countries but in the US it’s usually a few days of fever, aches, and pains and then it’s over. But yet there are still adverse effects to infectious disease in the US simply because there is a portion of the population that lives on junk food, carbonated beverages and they don’t drink near enough water. For someone who weighs 100 pounds, they should drink between 40 and 50 ounces of water every day. You take your body weight and divide in half and that you cleansing dose in ounces and 80% of that is your minimum dose. You are 80% water and you need to flush your system with clean water every day. Chiropractic teaches the five laws of health: exercise, diet, positive mental and spiritual attitude, rest and relaxation and a healthy nervous system through the chiropractic adjustment.

FUNNY BONE: At the doctor’s office, a 20-something man was trying to make an appointment for a Mrs. Brown. Try as he might, he just could not remember her first name. Frustrated, he left. A few minutes later, I passed him outside the office on the phone.“Hey, Dad,” he said. “What’s Mom’s first name?”@@ Q. Why aren’t dogs good dancers? A.
